Welcome to Sim Foundry. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By purchasing from or engaging with Sim Foundry, you agree to the following terms.

1. General

  • SimFoundry LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers simulation hardware, services, and consultations.
  • These Terms apply to all sales, services, and site visitors.
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

2. Sales and Payment

  • All Builds are subject to product and shipping delays we do not currently carry anything in stock
  • All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
  • Custom build orders may require a non-refundable deposit or full payment upfront.
  • Sales tax will be applied to applicable orders based on your location.

3. Consultation Services

  • Basic Consultation starts at $120, payable before delivery of the consultation package.
  • Fully Curated Consultation starts at $240 and may vary based on scope.
  • Consultations are conducted via phone, video call, or Discord, as agreed upon.
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once work begins.

4. Custom Builds & Turnkey Packages

  • All simulators are hand-built and tested for quality and performance.
  • Turnkey systems come with Windows 11 and sim software pre-installed and configured (e.g., iRacing).
  • Orders may have a lead time depending on part availability and build schedule.
  • Changes requested after the build begins may incur additional costs and lead time
  • Lead time is subject to change based on product and shipping delays

5. Delivery & Pickup

  • Free local pickup or delivery within 1 hour of Denver International Airport.
  • Additional delivery fees may apply for longer distances and will be quoted in advance.
  • House call setup services start at $250 and include 2 hours of labor. Additional labor is $60/hr.

6. Troubleshooting & Support

  • Over the phone Troubleshooting starts at $100 for the first hour and $60/hr thereafter. in person starts at $300 for the first hr and hr $75 thereafter
  • Available remotely (phone, Discord, or video) or on-site (subject to availability).
  • On-site services are priced based on distance and scope.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our builds, all sales are final.
  • Refunds are not available once parts are ordered or builds have begun.
  • If an item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will assist with manufacturer warranty claims.

8. Warranty

  • Components come with manufacturer warranties and will be honored accordingly.
  • SimFoundry does not offer additional warranty beyond the manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • SimFoundry is not responsible for third-party software or service interruptions.
  • You assume all risk when using simulators or operating systems configured by us.
  • We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper setup or use.

10. Privacy Policy

  • We do not share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to complete your purchase or service.
